Upon entering our office, Sandy or Marty will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our patient forms if you have not already completed the forms located in the New Patient Health History Form online. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition.
Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Hester to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for Dr. Hester to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can improve your life.
After your consultation, Dr. Hester will perform a complete chiropractic health and lifestyle analysis and nervous system evaluation. This will help him know the most appropriate way to treat you.
Depending on your health history, we may take X-rays as well. X-rays help us develop the most effective treatment plan for you. Most people have learned that pain is the only time to seek help. Dr. Hester knows that if your structure is weak it can cause underlying issues that will never resolve unless properly addressed.
Report of Findings
Once the information is collected and examinations are performed, Dr. Hester will give you a detailed report on the following visit and answer questions including:
- How can I benefit from care?
- How often do I need to come in?
- What will my treatment cost?
In our office, how you benefit from care is up to you. Dr. Hester will make sure you have a complete understanding of your current health state and will make his recommendations based on what you want to achieve.
Depending on your current health history and your previous chiropractic experience, Dr. Hester may adjust you on the first visit or may wait until after your Report of Findings.
