Sandy Meginnis - Chiropractic Assistant
Sandy is originally from Chicago and moved here with her husband and two children in 2000. She graduated from The Paralegal Institute of Northwest Indiana and worked for Chicago and Indiana law firms for many years along with the National Association of Security Dealers.
Sandy joined Dr. Hester in the spring of 2008 after taking some time to raise her two kids, Samantha and Billy. Sandy is passionate about photography; watching her kid's race sprint karts on weekends and helping people make positive changes in their health.
Jenifer Tuttle-Chiropractic Assistant
Jenifer, her husband, and 2 kids moved to Anthem from Seattle, WA in the summer of 2013. She has enjoyed the beautiful blue skies and the wonderful Anthem Community and is proud to call it home. Jenifer loves cheering on her son on the soccer field, watching her daughter’s vocal performances and enjoying outside activities.
Jenifer has worked in the Chiropractic field for over 20 years and loves being part of the health and wellness transformation that our patients experience. She looks forward to meeting you, answering any questions you might have in regards to our office, and greeting you with a smile.
Shelley Crane - Licensed Massage Therapist
Shelley is originally from Carmel, Indiana and moved here in April 2012 after having spent the previous twelve years living on the caribbean island of St. Martin where she provided massage and spa services for over forty-five private vacation villas.
Shelley is a 2006 graduate of the renowned Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health located in the berkshires at Stockbridge, Massachusetts and brings over twelve years of massage experience to the table. She has been licensed with the state of Arizona and has been nationally certified with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork since 2007. Her massages are based on the philosophies of Kripalu bodywork along with a fusion of her knowledge of continuing education in ThaiMassage, Muscle Release Technique, Deep Tissue and Hawaiian Sacred Lomi Lomi. She uses her intuitive touch to help others ease their aches and pains, reduce their stress and bring balance and harmony to their spirit.
Shelley joined the Back to Health team in the summer of 2013. She has a love for animals and brought her three island “coconut retriever” rescue dogs, Sam, Sugar and Nate, with her to Arizona. She is dedicated to listening to her clients and helping them achieve their wellness goals and looks forward to adding her services to your wellness regime!
